ABOUT ROCKYVIEW NUCLEAR TUBER Rockyview Nuclear Tuber Ltd is a nuclear seed potato operation located 30 kilometers north east of Calgary. This location, isolated from other potato producing areas, coupled with virgin soil and cold winters, contribute to the high quality seed we are able to produce for our customers. Rockyview Nuclear Tuber produces high quality nuclear potato seed. Our sister company Rockyview Elite Tubers grows E1 and E2 stages of our nuclear seed potatoes on irrigated fields. The company is owned by Gabriele Reicheneder. Gabriele has over twenty years potato production experience in Germany before establishing the company in Keoma, Alberta in 2001. Since its establishment, the company has continued to expand its nuclear seed production capabilities in order to meet the rising demands. With the construction of 5 additional greenhouses in 2010 we now have a production capability of approximately 1.2 million first generation mini-tubers. We only plant In-Vitro plantlets produced in our own laboratory which helps us ensure that our high standards of quality as well as the required quantities are met.
